MEETING INFORMATION The Crawford Working Together Coalition held its meeting in November 2025, with presentations on various community resources. Notable highlights included Kayla Stack from Life House Youth Center discussing their support for youth and families in Cuba and Cheri Kramme from MU Extension sharing updates on nutrition education programs. The coalition emphasized community involvement and announced that the next meeting will take place on January 21, 2026, at 9 AM on Google Meet. EVENT – Dec 20, 2023 The Cuba Christian Church will host a free community meal on December 20, 2023. Everyone is welcome to join for good food and fellowship. This event is a great opportunity to connect with neighbors and support our community.

CMFCAA is committed to providing essential services and support to kinship, foster, and adoptive children, young adults, and families in central Missouri. Our services include essentials like food, clothing, and furniture, as well as support groups, life skills training, and monthly respite events with fun activities. We also work to connect children in foster care with viable family members and advocate for educational and mental health support. EVENT – Dec 25, 2025 Join us for a Free Community Dinner on Christmas Day, hosted by Grace City Church. The event will take place from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at 10729 North Service Rd, Bourbon, MO 65441. You can choose to drive-thru, dine in, or carry out your meal. Please RSVP by Monday, Dec 22nd, by calling 573-468-4004 and leaving a message with your name, phone number, and the number of meals needed. Delivery is available to several local areas, starting at 11 AM, but individuals must be at home to receive their meals.

EVENT – Dec 14, 2025 Join the Knights of Columbus for a Children’s Christmas Party on Sunday, December 14th. Doors open at Noon, and Santa arrives at 1:00 p.m. Enjoy lots of fun with food provided, including a hot dog, chips, and a drink. Each child will also receive a toy and a bag of goodies. This festive event is open to all children in the community!
