Foster Care & Adoption

CMFCAA provides essential assistance and support to kinship, foster, and adoptive children, young adults, and families in central Missouri. Services include food, clothing, furniture, Begin Again Backpacks, monthly respite events, and life-skills training for youth aging out of care. The organization also hosts support groups and conferences for foster and kinship families and works to find viable family members for children in foster care. Calling all grandmas and grandpas in Cuba and Bourbon: read with our Head Start kids once a month and share your love of reading with local children. Become a monthly reading buddy and help spark a lifetime love of books through your stories, voice, and presence. Use the QR code or call the Headstart office to learn more and sign up.
