Foster Care, Adoptive & Kinship Transportation Help Here

CMFCAA, in partnership with Missouri Ozarks Community Action, is expanding a transportation program to help foster, adoptive, and kinship families travel to important appointments and services across Mid‑Missouri. Eligible trips may include medical visits, work or job training, school programs, court appointments, and other essential services. CMFCAA Volunteer Drivers Needed for Families

CMFCAA and Missouri Ozarks Community Action (MOCA) are recruiting volunteer drivers to transport children and families in foster, adoptive, and kinship care to appointments, visits, and services across several Missouri counties. The program serves Camden, Crawford, Gasconade, Laclede, Maries, Miller, Pulaski, and Phelps counties and offers federal mileage reimbursement. Cuba Back to School Festival - Aug 12th

EVENT – August 12, 2026 Join Crawford County R-2 School District for the annual Back to School Festival on August 12, 2026 from 10am–3pm at the Middle School Gym. Community agencies are invited to host resource tables and licensed cosmetologists/barbers are asked to provide free haircuts. Donations of backpacks and hygiene items will be collected to support local students. If you would like to participate or donate, please contact Melanie Weber for more information.
