MOCA Services Brochure

Missouri Ozarks Community Action (MOCA) offers energy assistance, weatherization, Section 8 housing support, Head Start, and other community services across several counties including Camden, Laclede, Miller and Pulaski. Programs emphasize helping elders, families with disabilities, and households with children by improving home energy efficiency and safety. Services include insulation, air sealing, heating tune-ups, preschool education, and community resource referrals. There is a waiting list for some rental programs and eligibility is determined by household size and income. For more information or to apply, call the MOCA Central Office at 573-765-3263.

Sullivan Library Support -Help Event

Meet one-on-one with a free library social worker at the Sullivan Branch for help finding local resources and completing benefit applications. Services listed include help with housing, temporary shelter, food, childcare, counseling, drug and alcohol treatment, transportation, domestic violence support, and applying or replacing benefits such as SNAP and Medicaid. Drop-in help is available; no appointment is needed. Events are held at the Sullivan Branch (525 Cumberland Way) on multiple listed dates; check with the library for current schedule.
