Missouri Ozarks Community Action (MOCA) offers energy assistance, weatherization, Section 8 housing support, Head Start, and other community services across several counties including Camden, Laclede, Miller and Pulaski. Programs emphasize helping elders, families with disabilities, and households with children by improving home energy efficiency and safety. Services include insulation, air sealing, heating tune-ups, preschool education, and community resource referrals.
