MOCA Services Brochure
Missouri Ozarks Community Action (MOCA) offers a range of programs for Crawford County residents, including Head Start early childhood education, Section 8 housing assistance, home weatherization, and energy assistance.
Head Start provides quality preschool education using a research-based curriculum, and serves children with diagnosed disabilities. Section 8 helps low-income families find safe, affordable rental housing. Weatherization services increase home energy efficiency through insulation, air-sealing, and heating repairs.
The Energy Assistance program helps with utility bills, including emergency help for households with a disconnect notice. Community Services also offers help with car repair, continuing education, HiSET/GED support, life skills learning, and community gardening.
