MOCA Services Brochure

Missouri Ozarks Community Action (MOCA) offers energy assistance, weatherization, Section 8 housing support, Head Start, and other community services across several counties including Camden, Laclede, Miller and Pulaski. Programs emphasize helping elders, families with disabilities, and households with children by improving home energy efficiency and safety. Services include insulation, air sealing, heating tune-ups, preschool education, and community resource referrals. Limited to 15 participants, this program is free and aims to enhance cognitive health through fun activities and social interactions.
